1. Booking & Payments

To confirm any tour package from Bangalore, a formal booking must be made with an initial deposit. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule provided in your itinerary. We accept various payment modes including bank transfers and digital wallets.

2. Customization

SRK Holidays specializes in customised tour packages from Bangalore. While we strive to accommodate all requests, changes made after the final itinerary approval may incur additional costs depending on the availability of hotels and transportation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by the type of Bangalore tour package booked. Generally:

• Cancellations 30 days prior: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days: No refund.

*Note: Pilgrimage and international flight bookings follow specific airline and temple trust policies.

4. Liability

SRK Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. While we ensure high standards for every tour package from Bangalore, we are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by third-party providers or natural occurrences beyond our control.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all travelers to respect local traditions, especially on our pilgrimage tour packages from Bangalore. Any behavior that disrupts the tour or violates local laws may result in termination of services without refund.
